The Saddleback Clownfish, Full Black (Amphiprion polymnus).
It is a semi-aggressive species that is reef-safe with caution, admired for its striking jet-black coloration with contrasting white markings, unique saddle-shaped mid-body band, and bold personality.

Males typically stay smaller, often around 3–3.5 inches, and may be less dominant, while females/juveniles are larger (up to 4.5–5 inches), more dominant, and can be territorial, especially when paired or defending a host anemone.

They reach about 4–5 inches as adults and should be housed in aquariums of at least 30 gallons for a single fish or bonded pair (larger for community setups). Provide ample live rock with hiding spots, a sandbed, and open swimming space, along with a secure lid since they can jump. Maintain stable water parameters: salinity 1.020–1.025, temperature 72–79°F, pH 8.1–8.4.

Diet should consist of a varied mix of meaty foods (mysis shrimp, enriched brine shrimp, copepods), high-quality pellets or flakes, and occasional algae-based foods.
