Redstipe Angelfish

The Fish Redstripe Angelfish (Centropyge eibli) is a semi-aggressive species that is reef-safe with caution, admired for its striking reddish-orange stripe along the body, attractive patterns, and graceful size.

Males typically display more vibrant coloration with elongated dorsal and anal fins, while females/juveniles are generally less intensely colored with shorter fins. They reach about 6 inches in adult size and should be housed in aquariums of at least 70 gallons.

Provide ample live rock with hiding spots, caves, and grazing areas, along with open swimming space, stable water parameters (salinity ~1.020-1.025, temp ~72-79°F, pH ~8.1-8.4), and a secure lid since many species are prone to jumping.

Diet should consist of a varied mix of mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, copepods, high-quality marine pellets, and marine algae. With proper care, this fish makes a standout addition to the aquarium, especially in a well-established reef or fish-only with live rock system.
