Pf. Belted Wrasse

Belted Wrasse is a colorful, marginally active reef-safe wrasse that features distinctive bands (“belts”) across its body and strikes a nice balance between show and utility. Adults grow to about 4-6 inches depending on species. Best kept in aquariums of at least 75 gallons with deep fine sand for resting, plenty of live rock and caves for hiding, open swimming areas, stable reef parameters (salinity ~1.020-1.025; temperature ~72-78°F; pH ~8.1-8.4), and a secure lid (wrasses are jumpers). Diet should include small crustaceans, mysis, brine shrimp, copepods, and quality frozen / prepared marine foods.

Several species will be import-to-order and may take anywhere from 3–10 business days to secure. Once your fish is secured, you will be notified, and the quarantine process will then begin.
