Magma Fairy Wrasse

Magma Fairy Wrasse (Cirrhilabrus shutmani) is a peaceful species that is reef-safe, admired for its intense fiery colors—males showing deep reds with yellow tail bases, and females/juveniles softer with oranges and pinks. It matures around 2.5-3.5 inches in size. Best kept in tanks of at least 50 gallons, with deep rubble slopes or loose rubble, mature live rock, plenty of hiding spots, stable water conditions, and a tight lid because this species is a jumper. Diet should include live copepods and small crustaceans, frozen mysis and brine shrimp, and premium meaty pellets once feeding reliably.
