Latigo Fairy Wrasse

Latigo Fairy Wrasse (Cirrhilabrus briangreenei) is a rare and eye-catching species prized for its elongated pelvic fins, brilliant color morphs, and gentle temperament. Males tend to show stronger color contrasts and longer fins, while females/juveniles are more subdued but still beautifully patterned. Adult size is about 2.6-inches. Best kept in an aquarium of at least 50 gallons with plenty of live rock for shelter and grazing, a deep fine sand bed, and very stable water conditions, with a tight lid to prevent jumping. Diet should include carnivorous fare—live copepods/amphipods, frozen mysis and brine shrimp, plus high-quality pellets once feeding reliably.
