DaVinci Ocellaris Clownfish, Extreme

The DaVinci Ocellaris Clownfish, Extreme (Amphiprion ocellaris var.) is a peaceful species that is reef-safe, admired for its striking white base coloration with bold orange and black swirls/patterns, compact size, and unique designer morph appearance.

Males typically remain smaller and slender, often developing vibrant colors with age, while females/juveniles grow larger and bulkier, with females being dominant within the group. They reach about 3–4 inches in length and should be housed in aquariums of at least 20–30 gallons.

Provide live rock, hiding spots, and open swimming space, along with stable water parameters (salinity ~1.020–1.025, temp ~72–79°F, pH ~8.1–8.4). A secure lid is essential since clownfish may occasionally jump.

Diet should consist of high-quality marine pellets, frozen mysis shrimp, enriched brine shrimp, copepods, and occasional algae-based foods. With proper care, this fish makes a standout, hardy, and visually stunning addition to both reef and fish-only aquariums.
