Claire’s Fairy Wrasse (Cirrhilabrus claire) is a small, peaceful, reef-safe fairy wrasse known for its vibrant colors—males often display bright blue bodies with orange-red and yellow accents; females tend to be softer in tone. It grows to about 3½ inches in adult size. Best kept in tanks of 40 gallons or larger, with live rock for hiding, moderate flow, a deep sandbed, stable water parameters (salinity ~1.023-1.026; temperature ~72-79°F; pH ~8.1-8.4). Its diet should include carnivorous foods like frozen mysis and brine shrimp, copepods, and high-quality pellets once acclimated. Because of its exotic nature, rarity, and beautiful display, it makes a prized addition for enthusiasts.
