Bali Aquarich Skunk Orange Clownfish

Bali Aquarich Skunk Orange Clownfish (Amphiprion sandaracinos) is a peaceful to semi-aggressive species that is reef-safe, admired for its striking orange coloration accented by a single white dorsal stripe running from the snout to the tail, its hardy nature, and adaptability in aquariums.

Males typically remain smaller and are the first sex phase in the species’ natural hierarchy, while females grow larger, becoming the dominant individual in a group, with juveniles starting off small and non-reproductive.

They reach about 4–5 inches in length and should be housed in aquariums of at least 30 gallons. Provide ample live rock for hiding spots, open swimming space, and ideally a host anemone or coral for natural behavior, along with stable water parameters (salinity ~1.020–1.025, temp ~72–79°F, pH ~8.1–8.4). A secure lid is essential, as clownfish—especially juveniles—can be prone to jumping.

Diet should consist of a varied mix of meaty foods like mysis and brine shrimp, copepods, high-quality pellets, and occasional algae or spirulina-based offerings. With proper care, this fish makes a standout and hardy addition to reef aquariums, bringing both color and personality.
